who is DILLON CREW?
Michael and Alyce Dillon
Originally from Savannah, Michael Dillon moved to Washington DC to attend George Washington University. After graduation, Michael spent nearly five years working for Congress. During this time, he began to dabble in real estate. A couple deals and he was hooked! For over 15 years, Michael has helped clients buy and sell their homes and investment properties. He founded, grew, and sold a DC-area property management business. Meanwhile, he invested in rehab and rental properties in both DC and Coastal Georgia. During his career in real estate Michael’s experience has ranged from working as a solo agent, on a team, at large brokerages and boutiques.
With a broad range of sales and marketing experience, Michael knows the importance of good help in order to thrive as an agent or property manager. Thus, Michael’s wife Alyce has joined as an Administrative Manager taking care of all the behind-the-scenes work.
Michael graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Michael holds active real estate licenses in Georgia, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. He is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and has ePro Certification (digital marketing) from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Alyce graduated from Indiana University and earned her Masters degree at American University in Washington DC. Alyce previously worked as a teacher, but is now putting her detail-oriented skills to use keeping Dillon Crew Realty organized!
After living 22 years in the DC area, the Dillon family relocated to the Golden Isles to enjoy the coastal lifestyle where they’ve continued to build on Michael’s real estate experience.
