RATES
Our management services start as low as 10% of the monthly rent. We also offer custom project and task-based pricing.
Monthly management fee:
Dillon Crew Realty retains a percentage of the rent each month for management of your property:
10% - long-term rentals (traditional one year lease, unfurnished properties)
15% - short-term rentals (3+ month leases, furnished properties)
20% - short-term vacation rentals
Finder’s Fee
(Short-term only)
Occasionally, a tenant is sourced by another local placement agency, which charges 7% of the monthly rent as a Finder’s Fee. In this occurrence, Dillon Crew will drop the monthly management fee to 10% to accommodate this higher cost to the Owner. Thus, the Owner pays a total of 17%.
Leasing fee:
$150. The beginning of any new tenancy requires extra hours to prepare a property, meet potential tenants, review applications, and draft leasing documents. A one-time charge of $150 is retained by Dillon Crew Realty at the beginning of a new tenant moving into the property.
Renewal fee:
$50. If a tenant chooses to continue in a property, a one-time charge of $50 is retained by Dillon Crew Realty to renegotiate and draft the lease.
