Dillon Crew Realty manages short-term, fully furnished properties specifically aimed at tenants from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and visitors seeking to reside in the area for at least one month or more.

Short-term rental properties should feature the following key ingredients:
Single family detached properties, or single condos / townhouses.
Pet friendly - cats and dogs allowed inside and outside without restrictions. Fully fenced yards are a bonus.
FLETC friendly - accepting per-diem rates year round.

Short-term rentals require the Owner to pay for all monthly expenses associated with the property (utilities, cable/internet, landscaping, pest control, etc.). Owners fully furnish the property to include bedding and linens, kitchen housewares, and other items to make the guests feel at home. Guests sign a rental agreement for the duration of their stay.
TenantCloud
Tenant Cloud is an online, cloud-based software serving small to medium sized property management companies. Like with our long-term rentals, we use Tenant Cloud to manage all of our properties. Through Tenant Cloud, Owners can electronically sign agreements and keep tabs on the accounting for their property. Owners are able to receive distributions directly to their bank account, or easily send us money to cover large expenses. Tenants use the portal to electronically sign rental agreements, make online rent payments, and communicate with us for basic maintenance requests.
