Marketing

Dillon Crew Realty assures your property is beautifully photographed to highlight all of the amenities and special touches in your space. Let us handle posting the property to social media and various real estate websites. We will advertise your property to find qualified tenants.

Leases & Rental Agreements

Dillon Crew Realty prepares all leases (long-term renters) and rental agreements (short-term renters). We use standard Georgia Realtor forms as well as all applicable addendums based on the age and condition of your property. We include pet addendums that protect Owners from any damages. We’re proud to abide by all Federal and State Fair Housing laws.

Landscaping & Cleanings

Keeping your property clean and tidy is part of the job! Dillon Crew Realty has collected a list of providers to maintain the properties. We manage all landscaper contracts and assure they complete the jobs on-time. In between tenants and visitors, we arrange turnover cleaning services to prepare the property for the next guest.

Custom Projects/Concierge Services

Planning to make some upgrades at your property but just don’t have the time? Our concierge services can shop for new furniture and housewares, help you find and manage remodeling contractors, or complete that project that’s been needing your attention! Just let us know how we can help.

Showings & Applications

Dillon Crew Realty will meet prospective tenants to show the property and its amenities. All prospective tenants are thoroughly screened and vetted before being presented to the Owner for acceptance.

Maintenance & Repairs

If something breaks, we make sure it gets fixed! Dillon Crew Realty works with insured and bonded providers in all fields of home maintenance. From replacing HVAC filters to repairing dishwashers, we make sure your property is in great shape for our tenants.

Rent Collection & Accounting

Each month, Dillon Crew Realty collects rent on your behalf. We keep track of all expenses and provide you with up-to-date accounting (via the Tenant Cloud Owner portal), including 1099 reporting for your taxes. Security and pet deposits are kept in a separate escrow account. Each month you’ll receive an Owner’s statement and your owed disbursement!

Tenant Management

Dillon Crew Realty is available 24/7 to handle emergencies. We return non-emergent calls quickly and work to retain good tenants. Our crew deals with lease violations and makes sure that tenants are treating your property with care.
